We have recently identified fraudulent emails that falsely use the name of Kaijun Boeki Co., Ltd. and/or our company representatives.
These emails are not associated with our company in any way and should be treated as suspicious.
Examples of reported activities include:
- Requests to create LINE groups and share QR codes
- Requests for personal information of employees or business contacts
- Short messages asking recipients to reply, such as “Are you currently in the office?”
- Requests to open attached files claiming to be email security or filtering tools
Please note that Kaijun Boeki Co., Ltd. does not make such requests through unsolicited emails.
Receiving and responding to these fraudulent emails may result in risks such as fraud, unauthorized access, malware infection, or information leakage.
If you receive a suspicious email, please do not:
- Create or join any LINE groups
- Click or tap any links contained in the email
- Open any attached files
- Reply to the email
